One Way to Relieve Stress

                  Healthy work-life balance is a very important thing that we should apply in our life in order to avoid getting stressed out. There are 3 things that can help us create a healthy work-life balance.First, we have to avoid fitting too many schedules into one day on our schedule,we need to focus on one manageable step at that time rather than taking everything at once.

                   Second, we need to prioritize the task in order  that we achieved a good result,we should make a list of the task we have to do and tackle them in order of their importance.Finally, we have to break our project into small steps,all too ofter we underestimated how long tasks will be.
